Foundation Announces Date and Theme for Annual Gala

SMITHFIELD, Va -- The Education Foundation for Isle of Wight County Public Schools will hold its annual Student's First Dinner and Auction at the Smithfield Center on October 21, 2017 with a theme of "A Night On Broadway."

Each year the Foundation holds a gala to help raise grant money for teachers to use for innovative learning items in their classrooms.

This past year the Foundation was able to support more than $60,000 in grant request county wide.
