Fund Raising Events

The Education Foundation for Isle of Wight County Schools seeks to provide additional funds that support and enhance learning in our classrooms. We do this through various fund raising events throughout the year.

Student's First Dinner and Auction

Also known as our "gala", the annual Student's First Dinner and Auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year. Held each year on a Saturday evening in October at the Smithfield Center, the Gala features a silent and live auction as well as seated dinner. This year's Dinner and Auction, themed "Through the Decades" took place on Oct. 19.
